Special Series on ALL THINGS CONSIDERED

Next week, April 13th through the 17th, NPR News will present a special series of reports on ALL THINGS CONSIDERED called ‘The New Caterbury Tales”.

Often called the first work of English literature, Geoffrey Chaucer’s famous road narrative, “the Canterbury Tales”, presented a vivid picture of life in England in the late 14th century.  In a five-part ALL THINGS CONSIDERED series, roughly 600 years later, NPR’s Rob Gifford retraces the journey of Chaucer and his merry band of pilgrims from London to the shrine of Thomas Becket in Canterbury Cathedral, giving us audio snapshots of Britain today.  Tune in to ALL THINGS CONSIDERED on WPSU-FM, starting on Monday, to hear Gifford’s journey.  You can hear NPR’s ALL THINGS CONSIDERED every weekday from 4:00 to 6:30pm, on WPSU-FM.
