Tyrone Volunteers Gather Video for Upcoming Program!

Posted by Carley on 09/23 at 01:53 PM

Members of the Tyrone community are out and about gathering video and photos to support the stories they feel are important for WPSU’s “Our Town: Tyrone” program!

Currently your friends and neighbors are working to share stories about WTRN, Soldier’s Park, Tyrone School District, Little Juniata and so much more!
Volunteers will be collecting their video footage and photos for the next few weeks and then they’ll sit down and talk about their stories with WPSU producers on Saturday, October 11 for their scheduled on-camera interviews. We can’t wait to see what footage everyone brings back to help spotlight the stories they’ve selected!

WPSU will work to edit “Our Town: Tyrone” and have it ready to broadcast this coming December. Mark your calendars…the broadcast premiere is Thursday, December 4 at 8PM on WPSU-TV and online at wpsu.org/live.
