Last week, Forks Over Knives premiered to a sold-out crowd at the State Theatre in State College. Listen to what your community had to say about the film’s claim that eating the right food can control or even reverse diseases like cancer and diabetes.

The dinner was wonderful and delicious and the movie shows how much good we can do by cutting down on or eliminating animal products from our diets.  Being vegan is NOT hard: it’s delicious, healthy, and good for animals and the environment.  Try it, if you haven’t yet….

There is so much to consider regarding food. Educate yourself to make sustainable, ethical and beneficial choices, every time you purchase and eat food.
