Our Town: Curwensville Pre-production & Story Selection Meeting

Posted by Whitney on 10/19 at 11:33 AM

On Tuesday, October 13, Our Town: Curwensville volunteer videographers met with WPSU staff to discuss the upcoming television program.

20 folks from the Curwensville area came together to pitch, select, and assign stories that will be featured in Our Town: Curwensville.  Local non-profit organizations, sports, Bilger’s Rocks, Curwensville Lake, history of the town, schools, and rails to trails will be among the topics addressed in the WPSU production. The enthusiasm of the group was fantastic, especially as local volunteers began recruiting additional friends and neighbors to join in the project!  Individuals interested in participating in the program can email producer Whitney Chirdon at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or call 814-863-6634.

Whitney:
  Did I miss an email?
No one in town today for interviews… was a rain date set up that I missed?
