Local food a hidden gem at SXSW

While a lot of people know the annual Austin, TX, conference/festival/giant party South by Southwest (SXSW) as a showcase of music, there are likely those who are not aware that the entire thing is split into four parts: SXSW Interactive, SXSW Film, and SXSW Music.
