About six months ago, former boy-band member turned solo artist, Justin Timberlake released The 20/20 Experience. Now his fans await part two, which is set to release on September 30th.
According to Rolling Stone, Timberlake said that both parts of The 20/20 Experience were written together over a year ago. He and his team spent 20 days in the studio creating this musical masterpiece. Originally, Timberlake did not plan on recording a whole album; however, over 20 songs were recorded during the process.
Part two of the album will expose listeners to 11 new songs; one of which includes Timberlake’s new single “Take Back the Night.” The other tracks are as follows: “Gimme What I Don’t Know (I Want),” “True Blood,” “Cabaret,“TKO,” “Murder,” “Drink You Away,” “You Got It On,” “Amnesia,” “Only When I Walk Away” and “Not a Bad Thing.”
Timberlake recently released an “open letter” to his fans explaining his excitement about his fans hearing part two. He also expressed how difficult it was to wait this long to release the other half of the album.
