Sweet corn season is here! Do you grill it in its husks or boil it on the stove top? Do you eat it on the cob or off? What’s your favorite way to prepare this popular Pennsylvania treat?

NO HUSKS! Just husk it, rub it with EVOO and your favorite spices, and grill it! Turn frequently (pay attention…it doesn’t take long!) and get those beautiful grill marks and a little char, and eat it!

Leave the corn in the husk, grill on a pre-heated grill, then open up and slather with butter and a little salt. Enjoy!
