The average kid today takes his or her first drink at the age of 12.  Patty Satalia explores what parents and communities can do to prevent underage drinking with guest Steve Schmidt, director of Alcohol Education for the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board. David Price looks into workforce demographics in rural areas, examining what may happen when the current generation of leaders retires and possibly too few future leaders are ready to succeed them with guest William Rothwell, Professor of Workfore Education at Penn State.
