Pennsylvania Inside Out: Windber Hospice, PSU Funding

Windber, Pennsylvania, a town of 5,000, had the state's first hospice program, and "Pennsylvania Inside Out" visits the Windber Hospice to learn about the health care offered there. Penn State professor of vegetable crops, Pete Ferretti, offers viewers advice on how to make selections from seed catalogs and start planting. Penn State President Graham Spanier visits the studios to explain how Penn State uses its state funding and why the University is asking for more.
