Waring's Pennsylvanians (1927)
Assembled from film video and audio from a 16" phonograph record, "Waring's Pennsylvanians" was originally recorded by Vitaphone, a subsidiary of Warner Brothers. The video and audio, provided by the Fred Waring collection at Penn State, were merged by WPSU technicians. "Waring's Pennsylvanians" was presented to the public for the first time on June 2, 2007 at Penn State. The Fred Waring collection at the Penn State Libraries can be found at http://www.libraries.psu.edu/waring/
