15 Minutes: Ag Progress Days

Every August thousands of people make their way to Rock Springs for Penn State's Ag Progress Days. The three-day event August 17-19 offers 200 acres of exciting exhibits, demonstrations and activities for farmers and non-farmers. The theme of this year’s College Pavilion is Food Science. Bob Oberheim is manager of Ag Progress Days. John D. Flores, Ph.D., heads Penn State’s department of Food Science.
