Elizabeth Hersch, Housing Alliance of Pa, and Andy Haines, S&A Homes, discuss how families can have access to safe, decent, affordable housing. Retired Bloomsburg Univ. professor Gary Clark discusses his photographs of homeless people and the interest they have sparked.
