Already one of the country's senior university presidents, and among the longest-serving chief executives in Penn State history, Graham Spanier recently was offered a new contract that will extend his presidency at least to 2013. So what's been accomplished this past year at one of the nation's most comprehensive-and most popular--universities? And what more needs to be done?
